To get permission to use the dance studio and theatre at school we had to contact Vicki Light and ask about when they were free and we were able to use them. We emailed her asking for permission which followed in a back and forth reply of emails, until we were able to arrange a time.
(This is the email conversation we had with her, asking for permission to use them and timings of when).
